JO 2016. Olimpiada de la RIO a inceput! FOTO si VIDEO de la ceremonia de deschidere

Ceremonia de deschidere a JO 2016 a inceput in jurul orei o2.00 (ora Romaniei), iar delegatia Romaniei a defilat de la ora 04.24, in frunte cu Catalina Ponor, portdrapelul tarii noastre.

Flacara olimpica a fost aprinsa de Vanderlei de Lima, medaliat cu bronz in proba de maraton la Olimpiada din Atena (2004). Fostul tenismen Gustavo Kuerten a fost cel care a dus torta olimpica in interiorul stadionului Maracana.

La festivitatea oficiala de deschidere a JO 2016 a fost tras si un semnal de alarma in ceea ce priveste incalzirea gloabala: toate cele cinci cercuri olimpice si-au schimbat culorile clasice in culoarea verde. Lumea a fost incurajata sa planteze copaci, in dauna distrugerii naturii.

Kenyanul Kipchoge Keino, dublu campion olimpic la semi-fond, a devenit, cu ocazia ceremoniei de deschidere a Jocurilor, primul castigator al premiului „Laurii Olimpici”.

Dupa ce defilarea sportivilor s-a incheiat, presedintele Comitetului de organizare RIO 2016, Carlos Nuzman a facut o scurta declaratie: „Ma adresez intregii planete, celor cinci continente, bine ați venit la Rio, Orasul Olimpic. Visul Olimpic este acum Realitate Olimpica. Cel mai frumos loc din lume e aici si acum. Brazilia primeste lumea cu brațele deschise.”
